Here are a selection of often asked questions.

ECOMMERCE WEBSITES

Can I request colour scheme for website?
We currently have 3 designs for our ecommerce stores – you can choose any of these. They all run the same powerful software, so it’s only the design that differs. With the ecommerce red and ecommerce blue, the home page includes photo slider, so these can be utilised to give your website it’s own completely unique feel. We will link in with you to create these.

How easy is it to add products to the shop?
Very easy. We will supply detailed guide, written in plain English, to help you. It is no more difficult than typing a title, typing a description, adding an image, pricing it and clicking save!

How do I know if an order has been made?
You will receive an automated email from the store advising you an order has been made, which includes full details of said order. You will also be able to check all orders from the admin area.

How does a customer pay for order?
You will have full control over which payment options you accept, be this: Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Cash. You can enable as many or as few of these as you wish, the client then can select at checkout which payment method they wish to accept.

Will website calculate the postage due?
Yes, the admin area has the latest postage rates and methods offered by Royal Mail. When customer adds items to basket, it will calculate the postage due on product weights and continue to amend as client adds more items. At checkout, it will add this to the order total and give client postage options (1st Class, 2nd Class, Signed For, Special Delivery, Parcel, Overseas etc). You can turn on and off the options, depending on what you wish to offer. You can also override the rates, if you wish to raise or lower the amount of postage/packaging you wish to charge. You also have option to allow post free once an order reaches certain amount.

Can I add adverts to the website?
Absolutely, there is banner manager system in admin,where you can add advert banners and insert them onto website pages. You can use your own banners, commission banners or sell the space to others.

Can I use my own hosting?
Yes, if you wish. The website comes with one months free web hosting. You will get full access to the hosting account (which will be yours) and during that month, you are entirely free to transfer to your own hosting at no extra cost. You are under no contractual obligation to remain with our hosting. NB You can transfer website free of charge yourself, but if you require us to transfer/install onto another hosts server, we have a one off cost of £49.95

Can I have any domain I like?
Firstly, the domain has to be available (we will help you with this). Our price includes a free .co.uk domain name. You can request a .com, .net, .info , etc domain but there may be an extra small cost for this to secure registration.

I already own a domain, can I use that for the website?
Absolutely – we will point the domain to our servers to use. Where you use your own existing domain name, a free .co.uk domain will not be supplied.

Do you guarantee earnings?
No, we can’t do that, as we have no say over what you will be selling and what effort you will put into promoting the website and attracting customers.

How quickly will the website be transferred to me?
We aim to have ecommerce websites built and handed over within 72 hours of purchase.

AUTOMATED COMMISSION WEBSITES

Can I choose any theme for the website?
Yes, providing there are products for that theme on Amazon for you to promote and earn commission from.

Can I request colour scheme for website?
Following purchase, we will contact you to ascertain all the information we need to build your website – this will include theme, domain name, colour scheme, any images you want to use, etc

What’s an Amazon Affiliate ID?
This is a unique affiliate reference that you need to ensure you eanr commission from sales. It is free and easy to sign up, simply go to the Amazon Affiliate page for full details. Once you have signed up, you will have access to your Affiliate ID and Secret Access Key – these unique details are then add to your Admin Area (our handover guide will give specific information on how to do this within a few clicks of the mouse). This programmes the code in your website, so whenever any products are add to the checkout and purchased, Amazon know it is your website that has produced the sale – they then pay you upto 10% commission for every purchase!

How do I get paid?
As above, Amazon pays a commission on every single product purchased. This is added to your Amazon Affiliate account on a daily basis (you can check how many clicks, sales and earnings in your account). Then once a month, Amazon pays the total commission either direct to your bank account or you can be paid in Amazon Gift Certificates if you wish.

Will you add products to the website before handing over?
Yes, we will add at least 500 appropriately themed products to the shop before handing over to you. Our handover guide will assist you adding further products to store – we can also assist with this.

Can I add other products to the shop?
Yes, definitely. From the admin area, you can import and add any products from amazon. So you can increase range, remove existing products, add more categories, etc. Our handover guide will provide detail on how to add products en mass in double quick time.

Can I add my own products to the shop or is it just Amazon products?
Yes, you can add your own products to the website – obviously, you would need to complete the orders on these, but you retain 100% of the profits.
You can choose to add own products to website as an addition to the amazon products, have your own products and no amazon products, or just the amazon products.

Can I add articles and adverts to the website?
Absolutely, as our website is powered by WordPress, you will have an admin area where you can easily edit the content. Add pages, add menu, add articles, add own adverts or sell advertising space.

Can I use my own hosting?

Is it easy to run these websites?
The website is fully automated and does all the work for you. You would need to put effort into driving potential cusomers to the website – once there, the wonderful layout, ease of use and fine selection of products will do the rest. This is a low risk way to start up a business, as you have no finanical layout for stock and do not get involved in completing and shipping orders. That’s all done for you – you just take the commission.

Do you guarantee earnings?
No, we can’t do that, as we have no say over what effort you will put into promoting the website and attracting customers.

How quickly will the website be transferred to me?
We aim to have websites built and handed over within 24 hours of purchase, but we ask that you allow upto 72 hours (this is only when the domain registry don’t process domain transfer as quick).

READY TO GO BUSINESSES

What do you mean by Ready to Go Business website?
We have a number of websites already built, live on the internet and ready to bought and handover to new owner. These include ecommerce websites with stock and themed automated commission shops, all come with premium domain names.

How can I tell what’s included with each ready to go business?
Go the Ready to Go Businesses page and see the current selection of businesses available. Simply click on the image of a particular business to see the full details of that business and confirmation of what’s included.

Can I use my own hosting?
All our Ready to Go Businesses come with 1 years free web hosting – but you do not need to use this if you prefer to host elsewhere.  You will get full access to the hosting account (which will be yours) and during your free year, you are entirely free to transfer to your own hosting at no extra cost. You are under no contractual obligation to remain with our hosting. If you do not wish to take the free web hosting, there is no pro-rata refund or reduction to purchase price of business. NB You can transfer website free of charge yourself, but if you require us to transfer/install onto another hosts server, we have a one off cost of £49.95

Can I have another domain for website?
Our Ready to Go Businesses are already installed onto the specific domain name included. You can use another domain and divert it to the included domain or reinstall the website onto the domain you choose. NB You will own website and can reinstall/transfer website free of charge yourself, but if you require us to transfer/re-install onto another domain, we have a one off cost of £49.95

Will I own the domain included?
Yes, the .co.uk or .com domain will be transferred into your name and full legal ownership.

How quickly will the business be transferred to me?
We aim to have our Ready to Go Business websites handed over within 24 hours of purchase, but we ask that you allow upto 72 hours (this is only when the domain registry don’t process domain transfer as quick).
